Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering an account or using any part of the 2100 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 2100 platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register or use the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated version.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 2100 platform.
- You acknowledge that your use of the platform is entirely your own choice and personal responsibility.
- Accessing the platform from regions or jurisdictions where related activities are prohibited is entirely the user's own responsibility.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 2100 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. False or misleading information submitted during registration or identity verification (KYC) may result in account termination, and any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with platform policy.
- Keep your account password secure and do not share it with anyone.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
- Log out of your account when using a device shared with others.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a user of the 2100 platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur through your account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2100 platform and may result in immediate account termination as well as appropriate legal action:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
- Any form of fraud, money laundering or suspicious transactions.
- Sharing your account or allowing a third party to use it.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions or special offers in a manner that contradicts the stated bonus terms.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, threatening or harmful to other users.
2100 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 2100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay and FPX. Deposits are generally processed within minutes, depending on the method selected.
For withdrawals, users are required to complete the identity verification process (KYC) before their first withdrawal can be processed. This is a standard security measure that protects your account from unauthorised transactions. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected and typically take one to three business days.
- Deposited funds must be used for betting activity before withdrawals are permitted in certain cases — please refer to the applicable bonus terms.
- The platform reserves the right to decline or place a hold on withdrawals where there are signs of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are accurate. The platform is not liable for any errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the user.
- Any taxes or charges related to financial transactions are solely the user's responsibility under applicable Malaysian law.
